Estate Creation Co., Ltd., a Chonburi local housing developer, started the first housing project in the name of Central Park Pattaya
in 1988.
Although being new in the business, we quickly attracted many customers with convenient location plus fresh ideas in architectural designs and friendly services. The success was then followed by Central Park 2, 3, 4 and Central Park 5 in 1990, 1995, 1999 and 2001; all with 100% lots sold. Our houses were well-known for unique outlook designs and clever space utilization layouts as well as good quality builders.
In 1995 we expanded our business to Sriracha area, starting with Terrace Hills (1995), Country Home 1 (1998), Country Home 2 (2001), Country Home 3 (2004) and Hometown (2005).

This year (2007) marks the birth of our latest development, The Boulevard Sriracha, a premium housing project.
With more than 1,200 houses completed so far, we are still determined to create newer and better housing projects to serve our customers. |
